shipping times

pre-orders:

products that are only available for pre-order are live on the webstore for a certain amount of time. after that time ends, manufacturers are contacted to produce your orders and then we ship them to you. this takes anywhere from 30-45 days (sometimes less). most of that time, your orders are being handled by our manufacturers. we usually ship within 5 days once we receive the product depending on the amount of orders. we thank you for your patience ahead of time. if you have questions, contact us: info@tooforfive.com.

non pre-orders:

products that are always available will be shipped to you in 5-10 business days.

return/refund policy

we only accept returns on unworn products. we only accept returns up to 30 days after delivery. email us for your return slip. once we receive your return in the mail, we'll go about processing your full refund. we do not do exchanges.
